It is a typical Calabrian salami obtained from the perfect combination of pork meat and pork lard, hot and sweet pepper. The peculiarity of 'nduja from Spilinga is to be more balanced than the other Calabrian 'ndujas: in your mouth you do not feel just fire, but spicy scent that leaves space to the delicous flavor of pork meat and lard too. In this version we find the combination between 'nduja and tuna fish: great as a starter, wonderful if added to a mixed salad, the top as sauce for a dish of pasta!
